Box 10 of the DVLA V55/5 form is for vehicle colours.
Select every colour on the vehicle. DVLA only records basic colours (for example, lavender is recorded as purple). With 2 colours the form shows both (for example "black and white"); with 3 or more colours DVLA requires "Multi-coloured" — the PDF handles this automatically.
