Short answer
Put the first half of the purchaser postcode, such as SW19.
Official position
The V355/5 guidance says box 68 asks for the first half of the postcode for the address of the person who bought the vehicle. It says the motor industry uses the remaining page 1 boxes for statistics and you do not need to fill them in.
