Box 36 of the DVLA V55/5 form is for co₂ emissions — nedc (g/km).
Take the combined CO₂ figure from the Certificate of Conformity — this is the NEDC value (or equivalent). The WLTP figure goes in box 37, not here. On EU registration certificates CO₂ is field V.7.
